120 frames

What you are actually looking at when you drag a design on [creations], and why it responds instantly.

The previews on [creations] are not photos, and they are not a live 3D engine. Each view is 120 frames, rendered in advance from our models.

The [creations] preview of the dual 40 mm fan mount with its lined wheel and View buttons
Drag the model or its lined wheel; the View buttons switch demonstrations.

Why frames?

Because every frame already exists, nothing has to be calculated while you drag, so the model follows your finger immediately and looks the same on every device.

Four kinds of view

Turntable

The part turns a full circle and loops.

Airflow

The camera stays still while blades turn and illustrative airflow moves. It loops.

Height

A GPU support extends between its limits. Drag up for higher.

Installation

The part goes on from start to finish and stops at each end.

Illustrative, on purpose

Airflow shows direction; it is not a simulation. Cases, desks, bicycles, phones and headphones are there for context and scale and are not included. For the finished product, the Etsy listing photos show the real thing, and two designs also have a customer photo under “In a build”.

Each design’s own page now plays its views in place, and Explore a design before you order covers what to check beyond the render.

Try it on the Dual 40 mm fan mount.
