A care card for every part

Why our parts are manufactured from premium PETG-HF, and the one or two habits each design appreciates.

Every product body we make is manufactured from premium PETG-HF, chosen for thermal resistance and structural durability. A little care keeps it looking and working the way it left the studio.

The universal rule

Design by design

Fan mounts

Vibration or contact? Power down and recheck the mounting and cable routing.

EliteDesk mount

Dust the fans and lid perforations regularly. Blocked intakes reduce airflow.

AIO combs

If a comb compresses the tubing, remove it and reassess the fit.

Desk clamp holder

Recheck the clamp now and then. Stop using it if it loosens or cracks.

Magnetic slider

Keep the track free of debris. Loose magnet? Stop using it and keep magnets away from children.

Clicky keychain

Keep liquid away from the switches. Dry, soft cloth only. Check the loop and ring.

Bicycle tracker mount

Inspect the attachment regularly, and after any impact.

Apple Watch stand

Remove the charger before cleaning and follow Apple’s charger instructions.

What we don’t publish

We do not publish specific temperature or load ratings, so treat the parts as accessories that support, hold and guide. And not everything is PETG-HF: magnets, keyboard switches, screws and keyrings are separate components.

The same care notes live in every setup guide.

Nineteen degrees: notes from the EliteDesk tests

11 logged stress runs. With the five-fan mount, the NVMe drive peaked 19.0°C cooler and the chipset 13.0°C cooler than stock, and the CPU 9.0°C cooler than with our legacy mount.
